The Green Inspiration Academy is a free K-8 non-profit public charter school located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio and the Greater Cleveland Area. We are a green school dedicated to creating a healthy learning environment, fostering environmental awareness, and improving math and literacy skills in our students.
Our Mission – is to develop environmentally aware students who achieve literacy, mathematical excellence, technology and analytical thinking by understanding and appreciating how the environment operates by these same principals.
What We Do – At the Green Inspiration School students benefit from a well-balanced educational program:

Friends of Green
Friends of Green was formed to help the Charter maintain its status as a high performing charter school. Friends of Green seek support to close the gap in funding for each student by working with the community, business and political leaders to build state and nationwide support for this health school option.
Your Support
Green receives per-student funding from the State of Ohio, but that funding does not cover all of our education costs. We do not share in special, substantial levy funding that non-charter public schools regularly receive, and need to rely on other grants, donations and fundraising to cover operational costs.
Your financial support helps us go beyond the basics to provide the support, technology and equipment to help all our students achieve literacy, mathematical excellence and stronger technological skill.

How Will Your Gift Be Used?
Some of our current needs include:
- Counselors and Tutors
- Enhanced art and music and social wellness programs
- Technology, including computers, tablets, and specialized software to teach reading and math
- School Transportation
- Healthy Meals After School and during the weekends.
